You begin at IDR as a recruiter, calling prospective consultants. It’s the best way to learn our process and the language of the IT staffing industry. In addition to your salary, you get paid commission for closing deals, and you’re eligible from day one. There is a solid career path within recruiting to Senior or Lead Recruiter, but for most, the next stop is Account Management.
Buckle up for Account Management.
When you are ready for sales and account management, you’ll spend more time outside the office, interacting with customers and creating opportunities. Our salespeople manage Fortune 500 accounts and start to establish themselves as leaders. Recruiters report to you and you’ll have to manage relationships both within the team and the ones you create with your clients. Our sales force has more responsibility and likewise, more compensation.
